We booked Uptown Showdown, Boujee music, for our wedding on the 9th April. They were absolutely incredible! We blown away by their performance! Our first dance song that they performed especially for us was so magical, I tear up everytime I re watch the video. The male vocalist was phenomenal, he really made it for us. We really wish we had a copy of that song with his vocals. 🥹 The female vocalist was also amazing as was the band. All of our guests commented on them and said they were the BEST entertainment they had ever seen! We didn’t want it to end! Thank you so much for making our special day so magical. We had both the Rock & Strollers and Uptown Showdown at our wedding in June and they were both absolutely highlights of the day. So many of our friends & family have commented on how amazing they both we’re The Rock & Strollers were the perfect addition to our drinks reception; they interacted with the guests and kept people laughing and smiling. They also played one of their sets during our wedding breakfast, which worked so well as we had a bbq which people went up for table by table. But the last tables had no chance to get bored because they were constantly entertained by the band. Uptown Showdown in the evening were unreal. Their voices are unbelievable!! They had everyone up on the dance floor having the time of their lives. It was so great to have two such amazing bands who really interacted with the guests and made them all feel special. What can I say you blew us away on the wedding day, we found Boujee music at the wedding show in London and knew we had to have them perform, I then took my mum to watch a show case in London and she agreed that the band had to be part of the wedding, we even paid to go to the excel this year just to watch the band again. But as for the big day you made it the best day of our lives from the very beginning I cried just seeing you through the door but when you performed the first dance it gave me chills, Lizzie performed the song beautifully and was exactly what we wanted, as for the rest of the night I danced for 6 hours most of our guests did and still coming up to 3 weeks later we are getting compliments on how it was the best wedding ever and how the band were the best performance they had ever seen at a wedding. Wow! Lost for words. For our wedding We had the Rock and Strollers for our reception drinks and Uptown Showdown for the evening and we cannot stop talking about them. Both bands were absolutely incredible and had everyone so engaged the whole day / night. Ourselves and our guests have not stopped talking about them. The Rock and Strollers kept everyone so entertained whilst we were waiting for our wedding breakfast and Uptown Showdown had everyone on the floor all night! WOW - From start to finish, they read the room, and provide energy, talent, character, and class. Everyone spoke so highly of the band. We felt very privileged to have them with us and perform on the night and brighten up the room. They were extremely accommodating with the timings, and we adored them. It has been an absolute dream to work with Boujee Music! Of course, the music was incredible. We had so many compliments about the performances. Crimson & Keys set the perfect ceremony mood and everyone said how beautiful the singing was. In the evening, our guests couldn’t get enough of Uptown Showdown. They were raving about our amazing band and how they had made the day. The DJ in between sets was fab too and helped keep the party going. The cherry on top was the customer service. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better! Tim was fab in the build up and made some great suggestions (thanks for the DJ idea!) and Rachel was always checking in which was super reassuring. Thanks to everyone at Boujee Music for being so amazing throughout our time working with you and for smashing it out for the park on our big day ❤️
